Description:
*Background*
The {{FlinkKinesisConsumer}} and {{FlinkKinesisProducer}} support a variety of
AWS authentication mechanisms, including {{BASIC}}. When using {{BASIC}},
{{SESSION_KEY}} is not supported.
*Scope*
Add support for {{SESSION_KEY}} with {{BASIC}} when constructing the AWS
credential provider.
