As discussed with [~Leonard Xu], we decide not support
{{CURRENT_ROW_TIMESTAMP}} as a function id because of the CALCITE-4545.
Therefore, users have to use {{CURRENT_ROW_TIMESTAMP()}} with parentheses for
now. We can support function id syntax in the future when CALCITE-4545 is
fixed.
