[~becket_qin] and me talked about this quickly: We agree, to just enable
stop-with-savepoint for the FLIP-27 sources, it looks like we need just a
simple addition in the {{SourceOperatorStreamTask}}. [~becket_qin] mentioned he
wants to look into that.
The bigger FLIP-147 fix will be part of a later release once the
design/approach has converged.
