Am I understand this correctly:
Old behavior:
- `is_generic = true`: non-hive table
- `is_generic = false` or `no is_generic`: hive table
New behavior:
- `connector = xxx(not hive)`: non-hive table
- `connector = hive` or `no connector`: hive table
