Label or a link to original FLIP-ticket could be an option, or simply a naming 
convention.

Technically speaking, yes, but in the recent Jira process discussion we said 
that priorities of Sub Tasks don't have a meaning. Personally, I find it much 
cleaner to finish a ticket with its subtasks within a release and not to have 
half-finished tickets lying around.
