Description: Register Hive's HCatalog as external catalog in the
{{TableEnvironment}}. After registration, Table API or SQL queries should be
able to access tables registered in HCatalog. (was: Add a {{fromHCat()}}
method to the {{TableEnvironment}} to read a {{Table}} from an HCatalog table.
The implementation could reuse Flink's HCatInputFormat.)
