[~chesnay], what do you mean? Are you asking why do we have two of those?
The first one is the "main" old one, existing in Flink since ages. Second one I
see was added via FLINK-12735 , so I would hope [~chesnay] you would know more
about the reasons behind it? The ticket, PR and commit message are providing
some explanation also.
