Here we will trigger a `FlinkException("Unexpected termination of
ResourceManagerService"` in `DispatcherResourceManagerComponent` and then force
the `ClusterEntrypoint` exited. After then, Yarn and K8s will launch a new
container/pod for the JobManager.
