[~junhany] Thanks for offering to work on this! I don't have concrete plans to
start work on this yet. I think it would already be a great improvement to
start updating Flink UI even if we only update it to 11 for now. I think it'd
be best if we updated step by step anyway as Angular recommends, i.e. not go
7→11 but 7→8→9→… (we can do this in one PR, but having individual commits for
each version would be great).
If you would like to start working on this right away please let me know and I
can assign you to the issue. Otherwise we can also wait until ng-zorro 12 is
released and do it then.
