Thanks [~fly_in_gis] for pointing that , But I think report the oom event to
metics may be more convenient to integrate with monitor system.
By the way, we can do more thing in modify message handlers like
* Try to scale up the pod memory resource when we get oom killed msg in oom
Handler
* Do some ops things interact with k8s system like reacting to some patched
labels to evict pod in fault machine
