## What is the purpose of the change
fix doc en and zh
## Brief change log
change some ref from 'docs/dev/table/sql/queries' to
'docs/dev/table/sql/queries/overview', and fix some unreached ref prefixed by
'docs/dev/table/sql/queries'.
