> do we need to do something around NOTICE files? The dependency is mentioned in flink-dist already but with hardcoded Scala 2.11. Is it bundled in the table-uber-jar? If so then let's add it to that NOTICE to avoid issues in the future. But if it is in flink-dist then we could also set it to provided?
