We previously expected an IOException, but are now getting an SdkClientException instead. This was caused by the update of presto-hive from 0.187 to 0.257 in FLINK-16592. The root cause is that previously the IOException was thrown during the exists() call, but now it occurs in PrestoS3FileSystem#initialize which calls #createAwsCredentialsProvider where it didn't before, causing an earlier failure with an SdkClientException instead of the IOException.
