Given our recent stance on timeouts for _our_ testing purposes it might be fine to use `RpcUtils.INF_TIMEOUT`, but the MiniCluster is also used for local executions or testing by users so we may want to be a bit more conservative. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
