This doesn't apply to ppcArch because we don't have CI for it (nor am I aware
of any incompatibility), and until the M1 came around x64arch was pretty much
the default everyone had.
In contrast, we do have CI for arm, and lot's of failing tests. And, without
documentation, a massive barrier to even get started debugging them.
