wangxiyuan commented on FLINK-13448:
------------------------------------

[~sewen] [~liyu] It looks most of the sub-tasks have been solved. From my side,
there is only a PR left : [https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/14345] (I'm not
sure if it's still a problem or not currently, it's quite a long time. lol)

While before we can say Flink supports ARM, I think there is one things should
be considerd:

There is no official ARM CI support for Flink, how we can make sure Flink can
works on ARM 100% and the change in future will not break it? Now there is a
daily build&test report in Build Mail List from openlab :[Example
Link|[https://lists.apache.org/thread.html/raadc1580d5f74457e745b5fd89eb33806f3babedcae3704d43c66b1c%40%3Cbuilds.flink.apache.org%3E]]
While the CI scripts is out of date for some days.

So how do you think about the ARM test? There are a solution from my side:

Integrate some ARM resources to official Azure pipeline, openlab can donate
VMs, but due to the budget, openlab doesn't have too much resources. i.e. the
resource maybe can be used only for daily build&test, not for PR test.
