   I hive test it on 1.12.2 .
   
   * first test job use general 1.12.2
   * second test job use 1.12.2 with this modification
   
   These two job use same code and other settings:
   
   * checkpoint interval : 3 minutes
   * checkpoint min pause : 3 minutes
   
   lastCheckpointSize of first job :
