We documented
execution.checkpointing.recover-without-channel-state.checkpoint-id
properly but we don't tell users this setting exists at the place they might be
looking for a solution.
It might be useful to add a _Troubleshooting_ section to [Unaligned checkpoints
|https://ci.apache.org/projects/flink/flink-docs-master/docs/ops/state/unaligned_checkpoints/]
and mention the setting as a solution there.
