## What is the purpose of the change
This is a proof of concept PR for investigating the idea of automating
certain architectural tests and serves as a ground for discussion.
I decided on pursuing ArchUnit for now for two reasons: its APIs are much
more declarative than Checkstyle, and, more importantly, Checkstyle is limited
to a single file only and thus many use cases could not be covered by it.
