For tags.
?? [desired format is:] `<metric_name>,<tags>:<metric_value>|c`??
Is this format exclusive to InfluxDB or is this standardized in any way? We are
not really keen on introducing backend-specific branches into the StatsD
reporter.
Why are you not using the InfluxDBReporter?
