Currently, the name of flush thread in RecordWriter does not contain subtask
index, resulting in multiple threads with the same name on a single TM, which
will confuse users.
I think the "TaskInfo.getTaskNameWithSubtasks" should be used instead of
"TaskInfo.getTaskName" in "StreamTask/BatchTask".
