fromValues(AbstractDataType, Iterable) calls objectToExpression without passing
along the actual type. objectToExpression will fall back to
ApiExpressionUtils#valueLiteral which will fail in the constructor when calling
deriveDataTypeFromValue. Since the type is simply not passed along, the type
hint in the UDF just does nothing.
