@twalthr as discussed, I moved the tests from `ScalarOperatorTests` into the new class, but for the `DecimalCastTest` and any other related tests I created a new subtask: [FLINK-24454](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLINK-24454) since it required more work to consolidate everything into the new format. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
