## What is the purpose of the change
This PR changes the launching command of Flink container to print JM and TM
logs on STDOUT, which will then be consumed back in log4j when running tests
## Brief change log
- Print logs JobManager and TaskManager on STDOUT in Flink container for
redirecting to log4j in tests
## Verifying this change
This change is already covered by existing tests, such as
`KafkaSourceE2ECase`
