Description: As part of FLINK-24696
{{docs/content/docs/ops/state/checkpointing_under_backpressure.md}} and
{{docs/content/docs/dev/datastream/fault-tolerance/checkpointing.md}} were
modified. Those modifications should be translated into Chinese (was: Page
{{content.zh/docs/ops/state/checkpointing_under_backpressure.md}} needs to be
translated.
