Following the comment on letting the config classes extend from an abstract
base class, we won't need 3 member fields here either (and won't need 3
different constructors too). i.e., something like this should do
`RedisSink(FlinkJedisConfigBase, RedisMapper)`.
In `open()` we can still init the `RedisCommandsContainer` by matching the
actual implementing class of the abstract base config.
IMHO, the code will be less duplicated this way.
