Flink still uses com.github.oshi:oshi-core:3.4.0 (released Feb 2017) while
com.github.oshi:oshi-core:5.8.3 (released Oct 2021) is also available.
The license for 3.4.0 is EPL 1.0 which has also changed with the newer version,
which is now MIT. Upgrading to the newer version would allow us to remove a
"weak copyleft" license per https://www.apache.org/legal/resolved.html
