Thanks for reviewing, @gyfora. This issue happens when we put the Hadoop configuration in the docker image. In the case, Flink job manager won't create configmap for the Hadoop configuration. But when task manager Pods are going to be created, it expects there is a configmap of Hadoop configuration but there isn't.
