## What is the purpose of the change
Fix generateComparison returnType to avoid mismatch of function's argument
data type 'BOOLEAN NOT NULL' and actual argument type 'BOOLEAN' when using hive
dialect.
## Brief change log
- method generateComparison's returnType is BOOLEAN NOT NULL,when left
and left is not Nullable.
## Verifying this change
This change added tests and can be verified as follows:
- Added integration tests
TableEnvHiveConnectorITCase#testCodeGenFunctionArgumentType for
generateComparison with using hive dialect
