[hotfix][docs] Add note about Kinesis producer limitations
While testing the Kinesis connector @uce and I found out that data is not
written in-order with the Kinesis producer.
I'm now mentioning this in the documentation.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/rmetzger/flink kinesis_doc_hf
