## What is the purpose of the change
This pull request is part of FLIP-195:

supports simplify the name of operator in sql by move detail information to
description
## Brief change log
- simplify name of sql operators by using type of exec node
- move detail information to description of sql operator
- introduce a config to disable the optimize if needed
- enable physical plan(StreamGraph) test in plan test
