David Morávek commented on FLINK-25224:
---------------------------------------
[~liufangqi] I'll try to re-phrase the concern that I've already raised in the
other issues you've submitted. Both me and [~arvid] are very well aware of your
efforts. Pinging us on your issues every few hours doesn't help anyone. One of
the main building blocks of Apache communities is an asynchronous
communication, to allow people to work across time-zones and on multiple
threads without breaking focus.
To be honest, in some way it may actually discourage us from wanting to help
with your issues, because this is a form of a toxic behavior (it breaks focus
of other people and it creates an unnecessary pressure) that we don't want to
support.
We still have plenty of time to incorporate this feature into 1.15, so there is
no need for sending a reminder multiple times a day.
I'll be doing another pass on your issues later today / tomorrow, but please
keep this in mind for the future interactions.

> Now the Hadoop version of Flink is 2.4.1, but mostly the flink runtime env
> classpath has higher Hadoop version. It means when we want to use some
> feature in the higher version Hadoop, we need to use reflection which is so
> hard to maintain.
