Hey Yuan, thank you for your message; your understanding is mostly correct.
Regarding State ownership, we first need to decide what to do with it. If
proceed, then those tickets should be transfered under a new ticket; closed
otherwise.
I think re-orgarnizing sub-tasks should be done after performance testing when
we have a better understanding of usability and time left before 1.15; but
definitly everything in this ticket should be resolved when it's resolved.
