Description:
It is currently very annoying to setup a machine for doing a release because we
neither have an image for setting up such an environment nor a listing of all
tools that we expect to be present, nor which versions of said tools are
required.
While it will be tricky to keep this in sync with changes to the release
process, it at least provides a starting point.
It should contain everything needed to prepare, build and finalize the release.
