## What is the purpose of the change
Move every runtime dependency for running SQL jobs from planner to runtime,
in order to remove planner as runtime dependency when running jobs.
## Brief change log
* Remove dependency on calcite `SqlFunctions`, copying `initcap`, `similar`
and `like` (partially already copied in past), `addMonths` and `subtractMonths`.
* Remove dependency on calcite `BuiltInMethod`, copying `abs`, `floor` and
`ceil`.
* Remove dependency on Calcite `JsonFunctions`, copying all the related json
functions.
* Now flink-table-runtime bundles both json-path and jackson, with the same
version used by calcite.
## Verifying this change
This change is a rework already covered by existing built in functions tests.
