@leonardBang I would like to be able to merge this PR in before 1.15, which means merging it in January at latest. Based on your comments, do you think the last thing that's blocking this PR to be merged are: * Adding support for all Oracle Data Types, as mentioned at https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/17676#discussion_r768405875 ? * Update the datatype mapping, as also mentioned at https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/17676#discussion_r768405875 ?
