[~wenlong.lwl] JsonRowSerializationSchema is deprecated in 1.15.0 and we are
currently using 1.13.3 so is it not expected to work in 1.13.3, I will try
using JsonRowDataSerializationSchema if it suffice our needs. Will also attach
an example for your reference.
