These factories are part of the old type system/sink & source stack and should
not be used anymore, as users should work with
DynamicTableSink/DynamicTableSource factories instead.
This task should deprecate {{TableSinkFactory}}, {{TableSourceFactory}} and
{{TableFormatFactory}} and all the related types.
