Resolution: Duplicate
I'm closing this ticket as a duplicate of
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLINK-25141, even though this one is
older. Reason for closing this is because the Elasticsearch sink has been
ported to the new interface, which the new ticket takes into account.
