This whole section looks really weird :/
First off:
- The artifact name is incorrect -> `flink-shaded-hadoop2-uber`
- The shaded hadoop jars are no longer published / supported ->

I'd suggest to leave this file unchanged as is (so at least it still refers
to an existing artifact) and I'll create a blocker for 1.15 to update the docs
for GCS.
