As a current Flink user of kinesis Table API connector, I’d like to understand
the steps to take to migrate to use the current sink connector in 1.15.
*Scope:*
* Add Migration guide explaining different in configuration options, backward
compatible option usage, new features and how to use them from table API and
deprecated features.
