## What is the purpose of the change
This PR changes the node address used in e2e test to avoid possible hostname
resolution error and also add debug information to further check if there are
problems with hostname resolution in azure. The debug information would be
removed later.
## Brief change log
- ce4954e2d80790b2bcbf2259cf994a5faeed50ff changes the node name and add the
debug information.
