## Brief change log
* Make the `ObjectIdentifier` representation more compact
* Rename `JsonSerdeMocks` to `JsonSerdeTestUtil` (for name consistency) and
add a couple of more utilities
* More Javadoc on DynamicTableFactory.Context#getObjectIdentifier
