@zentol This PR is an improvement of the job execution for Flink OLAP. In the OLAP scenario, most jobs can be finished within 1s(in our internal benchmark, a 1000*1000 WordCount will take nearly 700ms). The serialization of the `RemoteRpcInvocation` at the Flink side will place a heavy burden on JobManager.
