@rkhachatryan How do you think of my idea below: 1. Introdue a new option in `AkkaOptions`, such as `akka.invocation.force-remote` as `false` by default. 2. `AkkaRpcServiceConfiguration` could return whether we need to force remote invocation for the usage of `AkkaInvocationHandler` to decide what kind of invocation to call. 3. Once `MiniCluster` has `overrideRestoreModeForRandomizedChangelogStateBackend` as `true`, we would then make `akka.invocation.force-remote` as true to let tests related with changelog could pass.
