Given that we now have a working file source for both streaming and batch in flink master, I'm in favor of reworking this tutorial to use that connector -- thus dropping flink-faker. A relatively small file should be enough -- and it could be bootstrapped from flink-faker. I think it would also be quite useful (from a pedagogical perspective) to extend the top-n section so that it does the same query in both batch and streaming modes. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
