Thanks for the explanation! @zentol 1. I'm fine to not include scheduling time into the deploying time. As there is plan to add separate metrics for scheduling and initialization time. One question is that currently the deploying time metric includes the initializing time, do you mean to include it at the moment and exclude it when introducing a separate metric for it later? If so, maybe we can exclude it in this PR to avoid back and forth changes. 2. +1 to mark the metric as experimental.
