The word "Reporter" is not in the Glossary[link
title|[https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/FLINK/Flink+Translation+Specifications]|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/FLINK/Flink+Translation+Specifications],hhow]
The corresponding Chinese word for "Reporter" can be "报送端/发送端/上报端", and the
"Metric Reporter" can be translated to "指标报送端，指标发送端，指标上报段"，so which Chinese
word will be better?
