[~biyuhao] Thanks for opening the ticket. Since we follow the Elastic
lifecycle, we should indeed add support for Elasticsearch 8. However, we
shouldn't include that in the next release since we first want to externalize
all connectors, as outlined in
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/FLINK/Connectors
