Not sure what is the target version of this but presume 1.16. Please be aware
that the Kerberos part is going to be re-implemented from almost scratch in
FLINK-21232. If you plan something maybe we can have a sync what is the
intention here. If moving things here and there then doesn't matter much but
rephrasing and/or rewriting that part would be overkill.
